Ted Akin is the founder of equus et cor. After graduating with a degree in Agriculture Leadership and Development from Texas A&M, he immediately followed his degree path and ended up in the oil and gas industry. Ted is passionate about mental health and farming and started eec to help rural communities like the one he grew up in. In his spare time, he likes to read, write, create music, farm, play pickleball and spend as much time with his nieces as he can. Pictured is Ted with aforementioned nieces Grace and Anna.
